Handbook Review and Maintenance

Platform Engineering owns the publication process. Section owners review content quarterly and after incidents, major tool changes, or new platform capabilities.

Automated link checks, markdown linting, and validation of embedded examples run on handbook PRs. Versioned releases include a changelog and migration notes. Deprecated guidance remains visible long enough for teams to transition and clearly points to the replacement.

Feedback is submitted through issues with the affected standard, observed problem, and proposed improvement. The handbook favors evidence from Nexa adoption over generic fashion.
